Intrasinusoidal CD8 T-cells

T-cell large granular lymphocyte leukemia. This patient had underlying theumatoid arthritis with expansion of T-LGL cells progressing to a clonal proliferation. Neoplastic proliferations often harbor underlying STAT3 and STAT5B mutations
