This is a 48 year old female with right axillary lymphadenopathy.  The lymph node section shows areas of necrosis surrounded by macrophages, interspersed among small lymphocytes. Within the necrotic areas, there are tingible body macrophages, histiocytes, and karyorrhectic debris.
